NWe are looking for a Production Merchant with 3-5 years of experience in the home décor / manufacturing industry to coordinate orders from confirmation through production and dispatch.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with buyers, production, purchase, quality and dispatch teams.

- Track orders against committed production and shipment timelines.
N
- Ensure raw materials, approvals, specifications and packaging requirements are available on time.
N
- Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.
N
- Coordinate quality inspections and ensure buyer requirements are met.
N
- Maintain accurate orderand production status updates.
N
- Follow up across departments to ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.

nRequirements:

- Prior experience in merchandising / production merchandising, preferably in home décor export manufacturing.
N
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
N
- Valuable understanding of production processes and order management.
N
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple orders simultaneously.
