KRIDA is a growing Australian sportswear brand with manufacturing operations in Noida. We manufacture custom sportswear for sporting clubs, academies and organisations.

As our production continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to join our factory operations team.

The Role

We are looking for a Production Operations Assistant who is organised, practical, hands-on and willing to take ownership.

You will work directly with our factory management team and help coordinate the movement of orders through production, finishing, quality checking, packing and shipment readiness.

This is not a desk-only position. You will spend significant time on the production floor, working with the team, tracking orders and making sure work gets completed accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just want another job. We want someone who wants to learn, take responsibility, improve processes and grow into a much bigger role as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, record and track incoming sublimated panels and other production material.
- Ensure received material is properly identified, organised and allocated to the correct orders.
- Coordinate sorting of sublimated panels for production.
- Maintain clear records of what has been received, completed and is still pending.
- Track orders through production, finishing, ironing and packing.
- Coordinate day-to-day work with finishing and packing staff.
- Ensure garments are properly counted and reconciled against order quantities.
- Identify missing pieces, shortages and production delays before they affect customer deliveries.
- Assist with quality checks before orders are packed.
- Ensure completed orders are correctly packed and ready for shipment.
- Maintain accurate daily production and order-status records.
- Help improve productivity,



organisation and workflow within the department.
- Assist management in training and developing a reliable production support team.
- Identify operational problems and help implement practical solutions.

Who We're Looking For We care about attitude, ownership and ability, not just years of experience.

You should be:

- Educated, with a graduate degree or relevant diploma preferred.
- Highly organised and comfortable working with numbers.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Practical and willing to work hands-on on the factory floor.
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Confident communicating with workers and management.
- Able to prioritise work when multiple orders are running simultaneously.
- Someone who notices problems and takes action rather than waiting to be told.
- Accountable for the work you take responsibility for.
- Willing to learn and improve existing processes.
- Ambitious and interested in building a long-term career.

Experience in garment manufacturing, apparel production, production coordination, factory operations, finishing or similar manufacturing environments would be an advantage. Approximately 13 years of relevant experience is preferred. However, we are open to candidates with less experience who can demonstrate strong ability, maturity and the right attitude.
