- Monitor production targets, quality and delivery timelines
- Supervise workers and improve production efficiency
- Coordinate with CAD, Design and Dispatch departments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing
- Robust knowledge of gold jewellery production processes
- Team handling & production planning skills
- Surat location preferred
