About the Role:

We manufacture PTFE (Teflon) thread seal tape under our Zenko and Bondura brands, supplying hardware distributors, OEM partners, and industrial buyers across India. We're looking for a fresher mechanical engineer to join our production team and grow into a production management role.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily machine operations on the shop floor (calendering, skiving, slitting lines)
- Record and maintain daily production output, downtime, and rejection data
- Coordinate with machine operators and factory labour to ensure smooth production flow




- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and safety compliance on the floor
- Report production numbers and issues to management daily

Requirements:

- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Willingness to work on the shop floor, not just in an office
- Valuable communication in Hindi/Gujarati

Note: No prior manufacturing experience required — full training will be provided on machine operations, production data recording, quality checks, and people management. We're looking for someone reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable being present on the factory floor daily.
