Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / CIPET preferred.

- Technical qualification in Mechanical / Plastic Processing will be preferred.

Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Production / Plastic Injection Moulding.

- Experience in Automotive / Auto Ancillary manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Manage and control manpower on the assigned production line.

- Ensure smooth production as per the daily production plan and target.

- Monitor machine running, cycle time and production output.

- Ensure correct machine parameters are maintained as per approved process conditions.

- Monitor and control rejection, lumps and other process-related defects.

- Conduct basic 5 Why analysis for rejection and process-related issues.

- Monitor 4M changes and ensure proper communication/escalation.

- Check and maintain PPQC and Tool History Cards.

- Monitor line-wise OEE, productivity and downtime.

- Identify and report machine, mould and component-related problems to the Shift Incharge.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room teams for resolving production issues.

- Ensure proper material availability and movement for smooth line operation.

- Train and guide operators regarding defects, process requirements and customer complaints.





- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to shop-floor discipline.

- Monitor Red Bin components and support daily rejection analysis.

- Ensure proper shift handover with all relevant production, quality and breakdown information.

- Support continuous improvement activities related to productivity, quality and process efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and production standards on the shop floor.

- Review and report production abnormalities, breakdowns and quality issues to the Shift Incharge.

Skill Set / Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding Process.

- Basic knowledge of machine parameter setting and process troubleshooting.

- Good understanding of production, quality and rejection control.

- Strong manpower handling and line-control skills.

- Ability to identify and escalate machine/mould/process abnormalities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Self-confidence and ability to take responsibility on the shop floor.

- Ability to work under production targets and shift requirements.

- Basic understanding of OEE, 4M Change, 5 Why and PPQC.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,137.24 per month
