SS Industries, Palakkad, is looking for an experienced FRP Production & Operations Manager to manage our new manufacturing unit, primarily focused on FRP doors and other FRP products.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily FRP production and factory operations.
- Supervise manpower, materials, machinery and production schedules.
- Handle FRP moulding, resin/fiberglass processes and finishing.
- Maintain product quality and minimize wastage.
- Troubleshoot production and technical issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and support current product development.
- Help establish and expand the FRP manufacturing facility.

Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
- FRP/composite manufacturing experience preferred.
- FRP door manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Engineering/Diploma qualification preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
