Production Engineer | Fabrication, Pressure Vessel

Location: Maroli, Surat

Education & Experience:

- Diploma Mechanical with 4 to 6 years experience

OR

- B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical with 3 to 5 years experience

Responsibilities: 1. Production Supervision & Execution

- Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of set targets.
- Allocate tasks, prepare job cards, and organize feedback.
- Maximize machine utilization and minimize rework.

2. Process Improvement

- Refer to ASME "U" stamp codes and technical manuals for process upgrades.
- Implement process improvements through trials and evaluations.

3. Technical & Compliance Adherence





- Conduct performance reviews and ensure strict adherence to ISO/ASME standards.
- Maintain 5S practices and handle blue-collar workforce effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill departmental needs.
- Possess knowledge of SS, fabrication, welding technology, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling.

4. Housekeeping & Maintenance

- Monitor machine maintenance and ensure work area cleanliness per quality norms.
