Kalyan Jewellers is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Associate -

Servicing to join our dynamic team. With 3-5 years of proven work experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and productive functioning of our production process and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the production process across the entire project lifecycle.

Create a production schedule and ensure that all shoot processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules accordingly.

Organize and manage shoot data and filing systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.

Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will improve production efficiency.

Collaborate with the management team in the development of shoot plans.

Ensure production processes across all departments and facilities are running smoothly.





Manage the budget for the production department and monitor spending to ensure that it is kept within the allocated limits.

Monitor the shoot process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in production or related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in production operations and shoot plans.

Ability to analyze production issues and identify solutions.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision.

Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
