Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by implementing effective quality control procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in electronics production or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning, NPD (Current Product Development), prototype development, resource planning, and production engineering principles.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency through process improvements and reducing defects using tools like RCA.
