Role Description The Product Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for coordinating service activities related to compressed air and associated products. This position includes scheduling and tracking service requests, maintaining service records, and communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of product and service issues.



The coordinator works closely with technicians and vendors to arrange parts, manage workflows, and support preventive maintenance plans that align with customer requirements.

Daily tasks also involve handling customer inquiries, providing service updates, preparing basic reports, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
- Candidates should be able to work effectively with Customer Service Representatives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple service requests and maintain accurate documentation.
- Basic understanding of industrial or technical products, preferably compressed air systems or related equipment.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems).
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a service coordination or customer support role.
