: The Product Manager will own one of several products, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to develop a product vision and roadmap. They will execute with an engineering/design scrum team and work closely with the Chief Product Officer.

Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, feedback, and viewpoints to create strategic roadmaps, writing detailed Product Requirements Documents, and guiding the product towards valuable interventions. They will also exhibit product leadership, collaborate with the Product development team, manage all phases of product development, and liaise between internal and external environments. The role involves managing releases, supporting sales and marketing, conducting user trainings, tracking key usage metrics, and bringing a user-centered approach to product development.

- B.Tech in Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
- Own and evangelize the product vision and execute roadmap goals.
- Collect and analyze data and feedback from customers and stakeholders to create strategic product roadmaps.
- Write detailed Product Requirements Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Implement a system to assess value, costs, and risks for the product.
- Exhibit product leadership and align strategies to the product.
- Collaborate with the Product development team to ensure features align with the roadmap.
- Manage all phases of product development efficiently and effectively.




- Liaise between internal and external environments and educate the team about market dynamics.
- Manage releases by communicating them via internal newsletters and meetings, supporting sales and marketing, conducting user trainings, and measuring success.
- Prepare and execute the reporting and communication strategy including dashboards to key stakeholders.
- Use data to define and track key usage metrics of the product.
- Bring a user-centered approach to discovering customer insights, prioritizing features, testing hypotheses, and measuring success.
