Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned skilled to lead the development and management of our two-wheeler loan products within the Product Management & Communication department. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial services product lifecycle management, specifically tailored to two-wheeler financing solutions. The successful candidate will drive product innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

This position requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to deliver profitable and customer-centric products that align with the bank’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for two-wheeler loan products, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch performance analysis.





- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the two-wheeler financing segment.

- Collaborate with risk, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product offerings meet regulatory standards and align with business goals.

- Develop detailed product roadmaps and business cases to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

- Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

- Design and implement pricing strategies, credit policies, and underwriting guidelines specific to two-wheeler loans.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain product competitiveness.

- Support training and enablement programs for sales and customer service teams to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
