Product Management - Executive / Senior Executive

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Management professional who is passionate about building products that deliver solid customer value and support business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, launch, and optimize products in alignment with the company’s vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and overall customer experience.
- Identify product gaps, market opportunities, and new ideas to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, specifications, and prototypes.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and available resources.
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to ensure timely product development and efficient resource utilization.
- Manage and drive product launches in collaboration with PR, marketing, leadership, and product teams.
- Evaluate promotional and marketing plans to ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, optimization, and enhancement.




- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 4-5 years of professional experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience managing products throughout the complete product lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of product strategy, product requirements, prototyping, pricing, and product launches.
- Experience in developing product and marketing strategies and presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with an understanding of customer experience and market needs.
