Job Summary

SpotNxt is looking for a curious and motivated Product Growth Intern to join our team for a 3-month remote internship.

The role is ideal for students and freshers who are interested in product management, growth strategy, user acquisition, customer engagement, market research, and digital products.

As a Product Growth Intern, you will work with the team on initiatives designed to understand users, improve product adoption, generate growth opportunities, and support the development of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with product growth and user acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Research potential user segments and growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and testing growth ideas.
- Monitor user engagement and product-related metrics.
- Help identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Assist with product and marketing experiments.
- Support content and campaign initiatives related to product growth.
- Collect and organize user feedback and market insights.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and growth updates.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and other team members.
- Contribute new ideas to improve product visibility and adoption.

Requirements
- Students, fresh graduates, and entry-level candidates are welcome.
