Role Description The Product Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support product discovery and development activities by conducting market and user research, analyzing data, and helping define product requirements.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to refine features, document product specifications, and track progress on product initiatives. The intern will assist in testing product features,



gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and suggesting improvements based on insights. This role offers hands-on experience in building and enhancing products in a fast-paced construction and logistics environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Research and Development (R&D;) to understand customer needs, industry trends, and potential product opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess foundational Product Management skills, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and supporting product roadmaps.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with tech-enabled platforms, proficiency in basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets or analytics dashboards), attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, engineering, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
