10–15 years of relevant experience in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables or Home Appliances.

Solid category management and business-development experience.

Experience with TV, Home Theatre, Speakers and/or Washing Machines preferred.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle, pricing, assortment and promotions.

Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.

Leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead category strategy for Televisions, Home Theatres, Speakers and Washing Machines.

Develop category plans for sales, revenue and profitability.

Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions and positioning.

Analyse market trends,



consumer preferences and competitor activities.

Identify new product opportunities and category expansion.

Drive category sales and margin performance.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance teams.

Monitor product performance, inventory and demand.

Manage relationships with vendors, principals and business partners.

Prepare category reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Lead and mentor the category team.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
