WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT OFFICER

We are looking for a responsible and organized Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing of solar materials, electrical equipment, and other company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Projects, Accounts, and Sales departments.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock requirements and avoid material shortages.
- Verify purchase invoices and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor details.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications




- Any Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of solar and electrical materials is an added advantage.
