Procurement

What we want you to do The ideal candidate should have strong experience in techno-commercial negotiations, vendor management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and facility/infrastructure procurement. Since we operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the person should be comfortable working with ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership beyond a traditional procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement &

• Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including requirement understanding, vendor identification, evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier network across technology, infrastructure, facilities, equipment, services, and other business requirements.
- Drive strategic sourcing and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value optimization.
- Techno-Commercial Negotiations
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations with vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, AMC/CMC, service levels, delivery timelines,



penalties, replacement terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Conduct comparative analysis of technical and commercial proposals and recommend the most suitable option based on business requirements.
- Facility &

- Infrastructure Procurement
- Manage procurement related to facility setup, infrastructure, electrical systems, civil works, networking, security systems, furniture, equipment, maintenance, utilities, and other site requirements.
- Evaluate quotations, BOQs, technical specifications, project timelines, and associated commercial implications.
- Contract Management &
- Negotiation
- Review, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, AMC/CMC agreements, work orders, and other commercial agreements.
- Monitor contract renewals and ensure timely renegotiation where required.
- Vendor Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Develop alternate vendors/suppliers to reduce dependency and business continuity risks.
- Startup &
- Fast-Paced Environment
- Work effectively in a startup culture where priorities can change quickly and processes may evolve continuously.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Administration, Projects, and Leadership to understand business requirements and deliver solutions quickly.

- Be flexible with working hours when business requirements, project deployments, vendor meetings, or critical infrastructure activities demand it.

What We Are Looking For

- ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- ⁠ ⁠At least 4-5 years of experience in procurement and operations
- ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- ⁠ ⁠Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- ⁠ ⁠Postgraduate degree or certification in procurement or supply chain management
- ⁠ ⁠Experience in a similar industry or sector
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
