About the Role

Showoffff is looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Sourcing, Buying & Procurement professional to manage the complete product sourcing and purchasing cycle.

This is an execution-oriented role involving supplier management, product sourcing, negotiation, order placement, production follow-up, shipping, warehouse coordination, product go-live and restocking.

You will work with suppliers across India and international markets and ensure every order moves smoothly from product discovery to live inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier & Product Sourcing

- Identify new suppliers, products, styles and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with domestic and international suppliers.
- Review catalogues, samples, pricing, availability, MOQs and lead times.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Product & Commercial Evaluation

- Evaluate products based on design, quality, pricing and market potential.
- Compare products and pricing across suppliers.
- Monitor relevant fashion, retail and product trends.
- Work with internal teams to finalize products and quantities.

Negotiation & Procurement

- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, production timelines and shipping terms.
- Prepare and place accurate purchase orders.
- Maintain order details including SKU, quantity, price, currency, production status, dispatch and delivery dates.

Production & Order Follow-up

- Track production and dispatch schedules closely.
- Proactively identify delays and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
- Maintain updated status of all open orders.

Shipping & Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.




- Track orders until receipt at the warehouse.
- Resolve shortages, damages, quantity mismatches and other discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth receiving.

Product Go-Live & Restocking

- Follow up from product receipt through checking, stocking, system updates and go-live.
- Monitor rapid-moving products and coordinate timely repeat orders.
- Plan replenishment considering supplier lead times and shipping schedules.

What Were Looking For
- Experience in Sourcing, Buying, Procurement, Purchasing, Merchandising or Vendor Management.
- Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle or e-commerce preferred.
- Experience handling domestic and/or international suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication and vendor-management skills.
- Good understanding of pricing, quantities, margins and commercial viability.
- Knowledge of production, logistics and supplier coordination.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously.
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong team player who takes ownership and gets things done.
