Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

Source, evaluate, and pre-qualify vendors and sub-contractors for civil works. Build and maintain a robust vendor database of global and regional suppliers offering competitive pricing and quality compliance.

Drive supplier performance management, key risk assessments, and relationship management strategies.

1. Tender Execution, Bidding & Commercial Evaluation

Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), civil engineering drawings, and technical scope packages issued by the design team. Prepare and float Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to eligible suppliers.

Conduct rigorous Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations (TBE/CBE) to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

1. Contracting & Purchase Order Execution

Draft, negotiate,



and finalize Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), and sub-contract agreements under standard EPC guidelines.
1. Cost Control, Budgeting & MIS

Perform market price bench marking and value engineering to drive project cost-savings. Track procurement spend against baseline budgets and generate periodic progress reports (MIS) in ERP systems.
