Role & Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of civil construction materials, equipment and consumables.

- Source vendors, obtain quotations and negotiate price, quality and delivery terms.

- Evaluate and compare vendor quotations and prepare POs and purchase orders.

- Coordinate with Project/Site, Engineering and Stores teams for material requirements.

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier network.

- Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability at project sites.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor database and MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years experience in technical procurement in Civil Construction/EPC/Industrial Projects.

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of civil materials, specifications, vendors and market rates.

- Strong negotiation, coordination and communication skills.

- Experience handling multiple project/site requirements will be preferred.
