Purpose/Objective To provide complete support in setting up the greenfield Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant.

The incumbent will also be responsible for various process development activities, along with shift-wise process control and monitoring related to improvement of cell efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Support setup of Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant.
- Process development and improvement activities.
- Shift-wise process monitoring and control.
- Improve cell efficiency and product quality.
- Coordinate with all departments as required by management.
- Ensure proper training as per TNI (5 man-days).
- Build and develop a robust team with proper hierarchy.
- Ensure protected work practices towards Zero Accident culture.
- Achieve production targets.




- Improve equipment uptime.
- Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems.
- Conduct breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Achieve maintenance cost targets through: - Parts failure reduction - In-house repairing of parts - Localization and alternate source development - Local development of consumable parts

Technical Competencies PLC, Robotics, Drives (AC & DC), Automation.

,Pneumatic and Vacuum Systems.
