Key Roles & Responsibilities

Workflow Management & Tracking

- Monitor Day-to-Day Operations: Track active workflows across departments to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Identify Inefficiencies: Pinpoint operational bottlenecks, resource gaps, or delays, and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain Documentation: Create, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps to keep guidelines accurate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Facilitate Team Communication: Act as the primary liaison between operations, management, and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
- Conduct Status Reviews: Host regular check-ins with department heads to review progress, resolve roadblocks, and reallocate resources as needed.

Quality Control & Compliance

- Audit System Compliance: Conduct routine checks to verify that all teams are strictly adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Track Operational Metrics: Gather performance data and KPIs to generate weekly efficiency reports for senior leadership.





Core Skill Set Required Technical & Functional Skills

- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with workflow platforms like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Data & Reporting Baseline: Intermediate skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets to track timelines, dates, and operational metrics.
- Process Mapping: Experience using tools like Lucidchart or Visio to visually map out workflows.

Soft & Behavioral Skills

- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset capable of resolving logistical or operational conflicts quickly.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Clear, authoritative, yet empathetic communication to drive accountability across diverse teams.
- Extreme Organization: Ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without losing accuracy.
