Profile 3: Customer Support (Travel Voice) Fresher

Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher

> Understand customer concerns through effective listening/probing and provide appropriate support.

> Assist customers with product, service, order or travel-related queries depending on the assigned process.

> Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

> Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.

> Follow defined quality, productivity, SLA and process guidelines.
