Overview We are looking for a hands-on Principal Data Scientist with a strong foundation in statistics, AI, advanced modelling, and Python to work on raw, unstructured, and behavioural data and build production-ready data science solutions.

Responsibilities

- Analyse raw credit bureau, banking, unstructured, and behavioural data to identify meaningful predictive risk signals.
- Apply LLM-based extraction and GenAI techniques to convert unstructured data into structured, validated signals.
- Engineer features using sequence analysis, trajectory analysis, clustering, and state-based modelling.
- Build and validate advanced models using classical ML, survival/hazard modelling, and Bayesian methods.
- Take models from experimentation to production through version-controlled code, reproducible pipelines, APIs, and monitored services.

Requirements

- Strong foundation in Statistics, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience in feature engineering from raw and unstructured data.
- Strong expertise in Python, XGBoost, Random Forest, sequence/trajectory modelling, survival modelling, and Bayesian modelling.
- Experience taking data science solutions from experimentation to production-grade deliverables, including APIs, libraries, or service wrappers.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD,



along with the ability to work with sensitive and regulated data.
