nAcademic & Curriculum Leadership

- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the I-CBSE academic programme.
n
- Ensure effective curriculum delivery aligned with CBSE requirements and school academic goals.
n
- Promote learner-centric, inquiry-based, competency-based, and experiential learning practices.
n
- Drive academic excellence and board examination readiness for Grades 10 and 12 .
n
- Monitor student achievement, academic performance, and learning outcomes.
n
- Support the effective implementation of NEP 2020 and competency-based education practices.
n
- Review academic data and implement appropriate interventions and improvement strategies.

n Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop teaching and academic teams.
n
- Support recruitment, induction, performance evaluation, and professional development of educators.
n
- Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing school culture.
n
- Conduct regular academic reviews, classroom observations, and performance discussions.

- Identify professional development needs and facilitate appropriate training opportunities.

n Innovation & Cross-Programme Collaboration

- Collaborate with IB leadership and other academic teams to share effective teaching and learning practices.

- Support cross-programme initiatives, interdisciplinary learning, innovation, and educational technology.

- Work closely with administration and support teams to ensure smooth school operations.

- Leverage LMS, ERP, assessment platforms, and other educational technology systems to improve academic administration and communication.

nQualifications & Experience

nEssential

- M.Ed. / Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject , along with B.Ed.
n
- 10–12+ years of experience in CBSE schools or a comparable school education environment.
n
- 3–5+ years of experience in a senior academic leadership role , such as:

- Principal

- Headmaster / Headmistress

- Vice Principal

- Academic Head

- Senior School Leader
n
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment, academic planning, and school operations .

- Positive understanding of NEP 2020 and competency-based education .

- Proven experience in teacher leadership, academic monitoring, and school improvement.
