NRole Purpose:

NWe are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple group entities. The role will focus on monthly reporting, while supporting the continued development of a robust control workplace.

NThis position is ideally suited to an individual who is looking to apply their technical accounting expertise within a dynamic, fast-paced international business. Experience within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, including an understanding of revenue recognition principles will also be very relevant.

NKey Responsibilities:

NManagement Accounts and Financial Reporting

N

- Prepare monthly management accounts packs to be shared with the CFO.
N
- Analyse financial results and investigate variances.
N
- Work with colleagues across the business to provide supporting commentary.
N
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, complete and appropriately supported.
N

nAreas of Ownership

NBalance Sheet Reconciliations

- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all group subsidiaries for assigned areas.

- Investigate and resolveoutstanding reconciling items promptly.

- Maintain robust supporting schedules, working papers and documentation for all balances.
N

nAudit and Compliance

N

- Support annual statutory audits.
N
- Assist with tax audits and related information requests.
N
- Prepare audit-ready schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
N
- Ensure financial records are maintained to a high standard and in line with applicable accounting requirements.
N

nControls and Process Improvement

N

- Support the development and implementation of strong financial controls.
N
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and reporting accuracy.
N
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
N
- Contribute to the continuous strengthening of the Group's financial control framework.

nCandidate Profile:

NEssential Qualifications and Experience

N

n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
N
- Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
N




- Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and month-end close processes.
N
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
N
- Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors.
N

nDesirable Experience

- Experience in oneor more of the following areas: revenue, intercompany, VAT, income tax, accruals, accrued and deferred income.

- Experience within a Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
N
- Strong understanding ofrevenue recognition requirements under IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606.

- Experience operating within a multinational group structure.
N
- Controls, compliance, SOX or comparable control framework experience.

- Training and experiencewithin the Big 4.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global finance teams.
