Electrical / Substation Design Key Responsibilities Design AIS/GIS substations up to EHV voltage levels . Prepare primary engineering drawings including layouts, sections, equipment arrangement and cable routing . Perform grounding/earthing and lightning protection design. Prepare and review equipment specifications, BOMs and RFQs

. Review vendor technical offers and engineering documents . Ensure designs comply with applicable IEC and IEEE standards .

Prepare/review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit .

Coordinate with internal engineering teams, vendors and customers for technical requirements and design reviews.

Required Skills 8–12

years of relevant Substation Primary Design experience.



Solid experience in AIS/GIS substation design . Exposure to EHV/HV substations . Hands-on knowledge of: Primary equipment layout

Section/elevation drawings Earthing/grounding Lightning protection

Cable routing Equipment specifications BOM/RFQ preparation Vendor offer evaluation Good knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards . Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit . Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with strong HV/EHV AIS/GIS substation primary engineering and design experience will be preferred.

Experience in utility, EPC, or power transmission projects is an advantage.
