Samskar Group of Schools is looking for an experienced and dynamic Primary Coordinator to lead and support our Primary School team.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about academic excellence, teacher development, effective school administration, and creating a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate should have:

Solid experience in Primary School academic coordination

Excellent team-handling and teacher-mentoring skills

Good understanding of the Primary curriculum and pedagogy

Ability to guide teachers in preparing effective lesson plans and classroom strategies

Strong academic planning, monitoring and administrative skills

Ability to coordinate assessments, academic activities and day-to-day operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle parent interactions and escalations professionally and with a positive,



solution-oriented approach A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and drive the team towards academic goals
