Job Purpose To provide technical support for cable design, preparation of technical data sheets, BOMs, costing, and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries. The role is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth order execution and support business growth through effective technical and commercial assistance.

Role & responsibilities

Technical Data Sheet & Cable Design

- Preparation of cable technical data sheets using Indian Standards, BS Standards, IEC Standards, etc.
- Cable designing and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
- Technical TDS and BOM must be completed within 48 hours of each enquiry

Customer Identification & Support

- Conducting technical discussions with customers.
- Preparing the design sheet for ordered cables and uploading it to Oracle for production.
- Providing BOM to the plant post manufacturing clearance.
- Customer offers should be submitted within one working day





Follow-ups, Team Support & Miscellaneous Tasks

- Cable costing analysis.
- Price working sheet preparation.
- Quotation preparation for enquiries.
- Enquiry tracking.
- Maintaining daily MIS reports for enquiries.
- Price working must be completed within one working day after technical clearance.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates who are from cable manufacturing are most preferred

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering).

- Min 3-5 Years of exp into electrical industry
- Basic knowledge of electrical fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Robust command of MS Office
- Strong customer contacts, market knowledge, and product understanding.
- Highly results-oriented, self-starter, and go-getter personality.
