Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
- Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
- Use creative activities such as stories, rhymes, art, music, and play-based learning.
- Observe and document children’s learning and development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and school staff.
- Ensure proper classroom routines, safety, hygiene, and child well-being.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with preschool or early-years children is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Cambridge/Early Years experience will be an advantage.
