About the RolePre-Sales Team Lead to manage incoming property enquiries and guide the team in converting qualified leads into site visits. You will oversee daily lead flow, coach pre-sales executives, track performance, and work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly site-visit targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage enquiries from calls, digital campaigns, and other lead sources.
- Assign leads to pre-sales executives and ensure prompt, consistent follow-up.
- Train the team on customer conversations, project information, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Understand prospective buyers’ requirements and help the team qualify leads accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.
- Track follow-ups, appointments, completed site visits, and lead conversion rates.
- Review call quality and individual performance, providing regular coaching.




- Maintain accurate lead records and prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Identify gaps in lead handling and improve processes to meet site-visit targets.

Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or lead management.
- Experience leading or training a pre-sales team.
- Solid communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage lead data, monitor team performance, and work toward daily and monthly targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the Chennai residential property market is preferred.

Relevant experience: Candidates with pre-sales experience at residential developers such as Casagrand, TVS Emerald, Urbanrise, DRA Homes, Appaswamy, Navin’s, or similar companies are encouraged to apply. These are examples; experience with other real estate companies is equally welcome.
