Role: Presales Solutions Architect

Experience: 7-16 Years

Location: Noida / Bengaluru / Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive large IT Infrastructure Services pursuits, including RFPs, RFIs, RFSs, and RFQs.
- Define win strategies and develop competitive solutions and pricing in collaboration with Sales, Bid Management, and Technical Presales teams.
- Present and defend proposed solutions, commercials, and financials to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Presales.
- Expertise in at least 2-3 service lines: Cloud, Security, Networks, Digital Workplace, or Service Management.
- Experience in solution architecture and large outsourcing pursuits is preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology (Master's preferred).
- Willingness to travel and work across time zones when required.
