Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Tele caller / Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining available projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

- Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

- Explain project details, including location, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/software.

- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.

- Follow up with customers after site visits and assist the sales team in moving leads through the sales process.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of Tamil and English; Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.

- Previous experience in real estate, telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp communication.

- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.

- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,013.20 - ₹32,648.60 per month
