About ZORBA ESTATES

ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company providing professional property solutions for buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors. Our team works across residential and commercial real estate, supporting clients throughout their property journey.

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to handle client calls, understand their property requirements, maintain lead records, and coordinate with the appropriate Residential or Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make telephonic calls to clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details such as preferred location, budget, property type, size, and purpose.
- Identify whether the requirement is related to Residential or Commercial property.
- Forward qualified client requirements to the respective team.
- Follow up with clients regularly and update them on suitable property options.
- Maintain and update the daily lead tracker.
- Keep accurate records of calls,



requirements, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams for further client handling.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper communication with clients.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer coordination, or a related role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain trackers.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
