Pre-Sales Consultant Real Estate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely updates.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for qualified prospects.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



and site visits in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead generation, and site-visit targets.
- Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, BFSI, Hospitality, or Sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
