⚠️ Candidates must be willing to work from the Kompally campus. Relocation to Hyderabad/Kompally is mandatory if currently based elsewhere.

Northfield International School is looking for a warm, energetic and committed Pre-Primary Teacher who can create an engaging, nurturing and joyful learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities

- Develop early literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills
- Use activity-based, play-based and experiential learning approaches
- Maintain an organised, safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and track each child’s learning and developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns
- Participate actively in school events and classroom activities
- Work collaboratively with the academic team
- Encourage independence, confidence, creativity and positive behaviour





Candidate Requirements• Graduate with a relevant Early Childhood / Montessori / Pre-Primary teaching qualification preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Good classroom management and child-handling skills
- Creative, energetic and comfortable conducting hands-on activities
- Prior experience teaching Pre-Primary / Early Years students
- Cambridge / IB / International School experience preferred
- Candidates from CBSE backgrounds with robust Early Years experience may also apply
- Comfortable using technology and digital resources in the classroom
