Role & responsibilities
1. Production planning (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
2. Preparation and control of production schedules
3. Material requirement planning (RM, PM, Consumables)
4. Coordination with Production, Stores, Sales, Purchase & QA
5. Monitoring plan vs actual production
6. Inventory control and stock optimization Tracking WIP, Finished Goods, and Dispatch status
7. Capacity and resource utilization planning
8. ERP-based planning and data updating (SAP Hana B1)
9. Ensuring adherence to SOP, safety, and compliance norms
10. Supporting on-time delivery commitments
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in PPC within Chemical.
- B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / SAP HANA preferred)
