Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Develop robust and scalable desktop automation workflows based on business requirements.
- Automate repetitive and rule-based business processes using PAD.
- Work with stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Configure desktop flows, variables, conditions, loops, exception handling, and data manipulation.
- Integrate PAD workflows with applications, files, databases, web applications, and other business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and production bots.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of automation processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and automation specifications.
- Follow RPA development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
- Monitor automation performance and ensure smooth execution of automated processes.

Must-Have Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in RPA development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
- Good understanding of RPA concepts, development lifecycle, and automation best practices.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Power Automate Desktop flows.
- Experience with automation of desktop and web-based applications.
- Knowledge of workflow design, exception handling, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create technical and process documentation.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
