Pouching Machine Operator – Flexible Packaging

Tricil Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pouching Machine Operator to operate and manage pouch-making machinery for flexible packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor pouch-making machines for various types of flexible packaging pouches.
- Set machine parameters according to pouch size, laminate structure and job specifications.
- Handle different pouch formats such as 3-side seal, centre seal, stand-up and zipper pouches.
- Ensure proper sealing, cutting, dimensions, registration and overall pouch quality.
- Conduct regular in-process quality checks and identify defects during production.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain good machine efficiency.
- Maintain required production output as per daily production plans.




- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot routine operating issues.
- Maintain proper production and wastage records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety and GMP procedures.

Ideal Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience operating pouch-making machines in the adaptable packaging industry, with knowledge of laminated films, sealing, cutting and pouch quality requirements.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
