Technical competency

•

Hands-on experience on programming of different make PLCs, HMI & SCADA.

•

Extensive knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, FBD, ST, sequential function charts.

•

Experience on Siemens / Schneider / Beckhoff / Wago PLCs preferred

•

Hands-on experience on design of SCADA and HMI pages.

•

Hands-on Experience on different communication interface / protocols like RS485, Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet and networking

•

Implementation of PID control algorithms for closed loop control systems

•

Selection of PLC components, software tools and efforts estimation related to individual projects.

•

Hands-on experience in implementation of redundancy in PLC

•

Preparation of Acceptance Test Procedures, Technical Manuals.

•

Familiar with use of Remote I/Os and Communication between multiple I/Os and PLCs.

•

Experience in Electrical Domain / Power Domain or Machinery Control domain preferred.

•

Knowledge on Distributed Control System will be an added advantage

•

Hands on knowledge and skills on projects related to defence domain will be an advantage
