Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Teamcenter PLM Professionals with experience in Teamcenter implementation, customization, administration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to streamline Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and enhance product development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Develop customizations using Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC, BMIDE, and Workflow Designer.
- Configure Product Structure Management, BOM Management, and Change Management processes.
- Support Teamcenter administration, user management, access controls, and system maintenance.
- Integrate Teamcenter with CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Perform Teamcenter integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and MES applications.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance,



and production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide PLM solutions.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture and Data Model.
- Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC, and Workflow Customization.
- Experience in Product Structure and BOM Management.
- Knowledge of Change Management (ECR, ECO, ECN).
- Experience in Teamcenter Administration and Configuration.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, XML, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Understanding of CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks).
- Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).

Preferred Skills
- Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).
- Teamcenter Manufacturing, Requirement Management, Classification.
- Teamcenter Data Migration and Upgrade projects.
- Teamcenter Gateway for SAP integration.
- Exposure to DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Cloud PLM implementations.

Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
