MailerMen has an opening for a Platform Engineer based out of Gurugram. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Gurugram office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
- Track platform reliability metrics and SLOs.




- Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.
- Document platform standards and engineering procedures.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Maintain internal templates for current services and pipelines.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
- Good to have: Grafana, Go, Prometheus, Vault, GitOps, Backstage
