Infrastructure / Platform Developer - Kubernetes

- 5+ years of overall experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps / SRE roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Strong, demonstrable Kubernetes skills cluster administration, RBAC, namespacing, PVs, HPA, network policies
- Solid Helm experience including authoring charts from scratch, not just consuming existing ones
- Hands-on Ansible experience for infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Experience operating ArgoCD or similar GitOps tooling (Flux) in production
- Working knowledge of LinkerD or another service mesh (Istio / Cilium)
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, BGP,



VXLAN, CNI plugins (Calico, Cilium)
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and a log aggregation stack (Loki, ELK, or similar)
- Comfort in writing Python scripts for automation and tooling
- Familiarity with on-premises Kubernetes deployment (bare metal or virtualised) is a robust plus

Nice to have

- Terraform or Pulumi for cloud infrastructure provisioning
- Experience with multi-cluster or multi-site Kubernetes architectures
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification
