Key Responsibilities

- Plant Operations: Oversee day-to-day plant operations, production and workforce management.
- Production Management: Ensure smooth production and identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Supply Chain: Manage ordering, inventory and material availability.
- Facilities & Fabrication: Oversee facility management and fabrication-related works.
- Security: Manage plant security and ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise teams and ensure smooth coordination across different functions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor productivity, quality and overall operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience as a Plant Head, General Manager, or in a similar senior management role .
- Experience managing multiple functions including production, supply chain, facilities .
- Solid leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage plant operations independently and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
