Placement Point Solutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with HRs, recruiters, and companies to generate job opportunities for candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR/company network, excellent client handling skills, and proven experience in generating placement opportunities through both existing and external industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, and companies through existing professional networks and external sources to generate job requirements
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities
- Maintain placement data and track candidate progress
- Follow up with recruiters and candidates for feedback
- Achieve monthly placement targets
- Build long-term relationships with companies to create recurring hiring opportunities
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
