Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and industry-oriented Placement Officer to manage campus placement activities of Management & Computer Applications and build robust relationships with companies and industry partners. The role involves coordinating student training/assessment, employer engagement, internship opportunities, and placement drives to ensure successful career outcomes for students through visiting corporates, companies, industries inside and outside the state i.e. metro cities particularly.

Key Responsibilities

- To Develop and maintain relationships with companies, corporates and industries through Data mining, Data calling and visiting corporates, companies, industries inside and outside the state i.e. metro cities.
- Coordinate with departments for student eligibility and placement readiness.
- Organize campus placement drives, recruitment events, and career fairs
- Coordinate internship, training and business promotion opportunities for students
- Prepare students for placements through workshops, resume guidance,



and mock interviews and involving Business / product promotion activities.

- Maintain placement records, reports, and employer database
- Track placement statistics and prepare institutional placement reports
- Promote industry collaborations, MoUs, career development initiatives and institute brand building activities in different college.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master’s Degree / MBA / Management or relevant qualification
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in placement, training, HR, or corporate relations

- Experience in educational institutions will be preferred

Required Skills

- Strong industry networking and corporate relationship skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities

- Knowledge of campus recruitment and placement processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting
- Ability to mentor and guide students for career readiness

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
