About the Role

We are looking for a Placement Manager with experience in the education / certification / EdTech / B-school ecosystem and strong exposure to BFSI hiring and corporate relationships.

The person will be responsible for managing the end-to-end placement function for certified candidates and building strong relationships with BFSI employers and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with BFSI hiring companies including:
- Banks
- Wealth Management firms
- AMCs
- Broking houses
- Insurance companies
- NBFCs
- Fintech companies
- Develop corporate partnerships and generate live hiring mandates for certified candidates.
- Drive placement outcomes and improve placement %, CTC and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, TPOs, deans and academic teams.
- Conduct campus placement drives and recruiter engagement events.
- Develop new institutional and corporate partnerships.
- Manage placement databases, MIS reports and placement-related SOPs.




- Coordinate candidate readiness activities such as:
- CV standardisation
- Mock interviews
- BFSI interview preparation
- LinkedIn profile readiness
- Work closely with corporate HR / TA teams and support the complete hiring cycle from mandate to joining.

What We Are Looking For

- Relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, talent partnerships, education, EdTech, certification bodies, B-schools or training institutes.
- Hands-on understanding of BFSI hiring and placements.
- Strong relationships with corporate HR / Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience in closing hiring mandates and building corporate partnerships.
- Existing exposure to colleges / universities / TPOs / academic leadership.
- Strong ownership of numbers, targets and placement outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and MIS/reporting skills.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA (HR / Finance) or BFSI certification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
