Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Pizza Makers from India to join our client's restaurant operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pizza preparation, dough handling, baking, and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to standard recipes.
- Stretch, shape, assemble, and bake pizzas using the appropriate techniques.
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Maintain proper ingredient storage, freshness, and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized pizza preparation station.




- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizza Chef, or Pizzaiolo.
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, toppings, and oven operation.
- Experience in a pizzeria, Italian restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Positive teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Kuwait and comply with applicable employment and visa requirements.

Only candidates meeting the relevant experience requirements will be considered. Pay: ₹46,500.00 per month
