We’re looking for experienced Physical Design (PD) Leads to lead a cluster-level semiconductor project for a US-based client, based out of Bangalore / Hyderabad.

1. Full-Chip Physical Design Lead
2. PD Lead – DDR / RAM / LPDDR

? Experience: 7+ Years

? Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

? Project: US-based client | Cluster-level project

Looking for Engineers with:

- Strong experience in Physical Design / Full-Chip PD
- Hands-on experience in RTL-to-GDSII / Netlist-to-GDSII flow
- Experience with P&R;, CTS, STA, Timing Closure, Physical Verification
- Strong debugging and ownership skills
- For the second role: Experience with DDR / RAM / LPDDR is preferred
- Experience in leading teams or driving PD activities independently
